     Elizabeth Jones was born circa 1831 in Bristol, Somerset, England.1 She was the daughter of William Jones. She married James Loxton, son of Gideon Loxton and Mary Sayer, on 25 December 1854 in the Register Office, Merthyr Tydfil, Glamorganshire, Wales.2 James and Elizabeth appeared on the census of 1861 at 80 Picton Street, Merthyr Tydfil.1 James and Elizabeth appeared on the census of 1871 at 46 Plymouth Street, Merthyr Tydfil.3 She died from acute Bright's Disease on 13 March 1891 in Manchester, New Hampshire.4 She was buried after 13 March 1891 in Manchester. She was originally interred in the city tomb but her remains were later moved to Pine Grove Cemetery in Manchester.4
